Process of Resourcing
My highest priority is extracting resources out of other people that they didn’t know they had, this helps them in their development or during difficult times.
The truth of today is it is a lot easier to help yourself than it has been previously because:
- The Internet of things and social media can reveal a lot of problems, however in parallel, offers many solutions to respond to people’s needs, for example you may read this article now sitting somewhere in Thailand and may even find the article insightful . You can openly talk about your passion and what you are made of – when you feel you are in most need of it which helps a lot.
- Addressing your needs is vital today instead of holding back. Problems we face during our work are known, identified and classified throughout decades, if not centuries. The feelings you go through are also identified, called and classified; it is unlikely you are experiencing exceptional feeling that someone else has not already experienced. Why don’t you share with your feelings or ask for help. This would be the more efficient way to fulfil your needs.
During the pandemic I was desperate to eat my mother’s Azerbaijani baklava, I wanted that taste only, it wasn’t just any baklava, it had to be that particular recipe. Flights from Baku to London were no different to any other international flights, they were not existent at the time and dreaming wasn’t an option. 10 wafer thin layers with 100 others “ceremonies” involved in making this dessert for the sake of 2 minutes of pleasure did not only stop me, but within a few months it developed into a profitable business.
Now this isn’t a rhetorical question at all and not an invitation to try a bakery business either, but if I could find a completely new skill in me, what makes you think that you cannot go through that exercise too?
