She has worked in various HR leadership roles in Energy, Insurance and Marketing sectors, from local to very intercultural and diverse environments.

Motherhood has further boosted her desire to support her surroundings, supporting those who are either at the start of their career or those who are looking for a change of direction. She always highlights her first career mentor – Bernard Woffinden whom she met in 2005 when she was inexperienced in both professional and personal life.
